After clearing interviews test first Challan will be issued upon submission of complete admission form along with necessary documents.
Security Fee is payable at the time of admission and is refundable at the time of withdrawal within a period of one month, after one month claim to Security fee refund will not be entertained.
Other then Monthly Fee all other charges are annually.
Last date of Submission of Monthly Fee is 1st of each working calender month.
Fee Challan are issued latest by 25th of each month prior to billing month and sent home through Toddlers. It is the responsibility of parent/guardian to inquire from the Zee Toddler Daycare’s office if they have not received the challan.
After the expiry of validity date fine of Rs ………… will be charged till next ……. days. After ….. days Rs …….. per day will be charged more as late payment charges.
Students whose fees remain payable after expiry of Due date for 1 month are issued periodic reminders and ultimately the final reminder thereafter which the student’s name will be stuke off the Zee toddlers roll and outstanding dues adjusted against security deposit.
The Zee Toddler’s reserves rights to hold student’s progress reports/examination Entries, Daycare leaving and other certificates if the dues have not been cleared.
All dues are paid directly to the Daycare designated Bank other than very initial dues (admission process charges) which can be deposited to Admission officer at the time of authorised.
There will be no concession or fee waiver for the period that a child may have stayed away from Zee Toddlers due to illness, social commitments, visit abroad or for any other reason; Freezing policy’ll not be applied.
